Shipping

Candyland ships all products via UPS and the United Stated Post Office. We choose the carrier based on the conditions of the following categories; price, climate, weight, volume and destination. If your order must be shipping through a specific carrier you must contact us within 2 hours to ensure your requirements will be met. Please provide the best contact information when placing your order and keep an eye out for follow-up emails from Candyland. We may contact you regarding your shipping information, our first attempt will be by email.

The following shipping services are offered:

  • UPS Ground (up to 5-7 days, not including Saturday delivery, some deliveries may arrive within 1 business day).
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days, some Saturday delivery).
  • USPS Express Mail (1-3 days, some Saturday delivery).
  • 2nd Day Air (2-3 business days).
  • Next Day Air Shipping (24 Hours Monday-Friday).
Next Day Air or Express Mail shipping for orders placed after 12:00pm CST are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping is offered Monday through Friday, local shipments may be an exception. Expedited Friday deliveries are only possible with orders placed early Thursday morning.  On Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays Candyland shipping program is closed.
Next Day Air shipping is not available for Special Occasion Popcorn Favors orders that are placed online, expedited shipping for Special Occasion Popcorn Favors can be arranged with us by phone or email. Please contact us for more information.

We do ship to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and international addresses. Our system does not recognize the address, this service must be arranged with a Candyland team member, an additional cost may be applied. Shipping to PO Boxes is available.

Shipping Chocolate
The shipping of chocolates cannot be guaranteed in extreme temperatures including summer and winter.  Thermal wrap is used during these times to help ensure premium quality upon arrival, but isn’t 100% effective. We can guarantee your package is made to order with fresh products, but once it leaves our shop, we can’t guarantee item locations or time spent with the selected carrier service provided. We cannot guarantee any Monday delivery, or any delivery at that. What we can guarantee is we will pack and ship your order as fast as we are capable. Please note certain items might be delayed to ensure a shorter transit time or item availability.

Delivery 
Most orders will arrive within 5 business days from the date your order was placed. During holiday seasons shipping times may vary due to high volume. There may be a delay on orders placed between December 15th through December 24th. Specific arrival dates are not guaranteed, please contact us if and you may need to place your order using one of our expedited shipping options.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Shipping Costs
CandylandStore.com will automatically generate the best pricing & shipping carrier. There will be a maximum box size for general shopping and standard bulk box sizes for Popcorn Favors and  Bulk Bagged Popcorn. Most popcorn tins will be shipped in fitted boxes to reinforce quality, there is an individual minimum charge for each popcorn tin ordered for shipping.
If your package is in transit you may be contacted with information regarding an additional shipping fee of $12.95 for the following categories:
  • Address Correction, Interception
  • Reroute, Change of Address
  • Recipient Refusal
  • Undeliverable as Addressed, Return Shipment

Under these circumstances we will do our best to fix the issue with the parcel, a discounted fee for product replacement may also apply.

Undelivered Items
Each order placed online with shipping services will receive tracking numbers via email. In the case that you receive a tracking number and no package please contact us after 10 business days to file an investigation and or dispute with the carrier.

Customer Shipping Satisfaction
If your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us by email with your invoice number for instructions on how to return it. Once we receive the return we will investigate the cause of your concern and determine a possible replacement, exchange or refund. If your package is damaged we require taking a photo and submitting it to us by email for investigation.
