We take pride in the quality of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact Candyland by email to discuss the options for a remedy. We will do our best to address and resolve your concern as quickly as possible. The following options will be considered:

Return/Refund/Exchange/Replacement

Candyland is fully committed to your satisfaction, we may require your patience and involvement to investigate any issue with edibles or damaged items. Candyland T-shirts are exchange only, this item must be unworn and unwashed in order to consider an exchange. All sales are final on Candyland In the Twin Cities book. Candyland does NOT guarantee the shipping of chocolate during extreme temperatures and during the following months May-September.

You may consider the following actions to avoid issues with edibles.

  • Current weather conditions.
  • Parcel placement instructions for your carrier if left unattended.
  • Photos of any damage or concern which may be required.
  • Saving the original packaging.
  • Placing your order on an early date to ensure a timely delivery especially for any special occasions.

Due to the fact that we have to outsource our shipping program through companies not managed by Candyland, Ground shipping and Priority Mail arrival dates are estimated by zone. You will be provided a tracking number which is visible when you log in to your Candyland account.
