Giving Back is Sweet!

Exciting news! Candyland, Inc. is proud to be an official race sponsor of Run Like REL’s Start with a Dream 5K/Kid’s Run this summer.

About

Longtime Candyland friend and employee, Ariel (Rel) Kendall has made it her dream to give back and cross finish lines.

Kendall started her youth organization, Run Like REL in 2013 in efforts to inspire young people through innovative and creative workshops/events- all with an important mission to close the Twin Cities’ high school achievement gap.

This race has been years in the making and will truly be a dream come true for her and all RLR’s supporters.

“This race is more than a run, it’s a metaphor for young people setting goals, chasing after them and accomplishing their dreams. We want also want to help them get there; motivate and encourage them to cross finish lines and achieve their own definition of success, whatever that may be for them.”
