The shopping cart subtotal that appears at the top of the page while your shopping is for the subtotal amount of your order without taxes or shipping costs included. When you finish your order, the total including shipping and tax will be added to your order.
At this time we are not collecting any information from our customers unless you wish us to do so. If you would like to be updated about our products, please send us an e-mail and include your name so we can email you when we have new information.
When you leave the site your credit card information is not stored. You will need to enter it in again when you revisit candylandstore.com

We will use our discretion when shipping during warm seasons. We may not ship on Fridays, so that your order doesn't sit over the weekend. You can always give us a call, we'd be happy to work with you to provide what you need.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any item, just return it within 10 days for an exchange or refund. Please include a copy of the invoice with the reason for return indicated. Please re-use the original shipping carton and packing materials. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. If a refund is requested it will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number.
No returns or exchanges on t-shirts if they have been worn or washed. Please select carefully, review the measurements page for information.
We do not offer a print catalog at this time.
